1. Acceptance
By accessing, integrating, or using SnapKYC (“Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you are accepting on behalf of an organization, you affirm that you have the authority to bind that entity. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use SnapKYC.

- “Documentation” means API references, developer guides, integration manuals, or help resources provided by SnapKYC.

3. Grant of License
SnapKYC grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to integrate and use the Service solely for lawful identity verification and authentication purposes. Reverse engineering, unauthorized resale, scraping, or misuse of the Service is strictly prohibited unless expressly permitted by us in writing.
4. Data Handling & Privacy
SnapKYC is designed as a consent-driven, privacy-preserving authentication layer.
- We do not store or process Aadhaar numbers, biometrics, demographic details, or PII.
- Users approve authentication requests directly through the Aadhaar app, as per UIDAI guidelines.
- You retain ownership of your Customer Data.
- SnapKYC may collect anonymized operational metadata (e.g., timestamps, error codes, integration performance metrics) solely to improve service quality, maintain system security, and comply with regulatory audits.
- All processing is governed by our Privacy Policy and applicable regulations.
Use of SnapKYC constitutes your consent to such processing practices.
5. Compliance with Authentication Frameworks
SnapKYC operates in compliance with UIDAI’s Offline Verification Seeking Entity (OVSE) guidelines and supports Aadhaar-based authentication flows as permitted under the Aadhaar Act and DPDP Act.
By using SnapKYC, you acknowledge that:
- All authentication requests must be user-approved.
- You will not attempt to extract, store, or derive Aadhaar numbers, biometrics, or PII.
- You will use the Service strictly for lawful identity verification purposes.
Any non-compliant use may result in immediate suspension or termination.
6. Updates to Terms
We may modify these Terms periodically. Updated versions will carry a revised “Last Updated” date. Continued use of SnapKYC after updates constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
7. Warranty Disclaimer
SnapKYC is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE.” We disclaim all warranties—express or implied—including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement.

11. Regulatory & Export Compliance
You agree not to use SnapKYC in violation of:
